I am a highly experienced coach, speaker and facilitator whose own experiences of surviving and thriving after abrupt personal change enable me to bring a unique perspective to my work. I have over 20 years’ experience consulting in organisational change and adaptive leadership, working with a broad range of different organisations and people. I’m passionate about helping people to develop their tolerance for and ability to handle change and adversity.

I have authored a book, The Flipside of Misfortune – written after surviving the Victorian Black Saturday bushfires.

I’ve also been a speaker on both national and local radio and for a range of corporate and not-for-profit organisations. in 2019 I was an associate producer on the ABC documentary “Aftermath: Beyond Black Saturday“.

Watch me speak about my Black Saturday experiences here or watch me talk to the BBC.

In 2021 I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer which led me to develop the Tough Times Manifesto, and to speak up about my experience, and what I learned.

Watch me talk about my experience here.

Finally, I’m an accredited Eponaquest Instructor (please see www.eponaquest.com) – the organisation founded by Linda Kohanov. Eponaquest is one of the most recognised and respected organisations operating worldwide in the field of Equine Facilitated Learning.
